Mr Jowett is friendly, easy to talk to, listens and is out to help asap. My initial consultation took place on a Thursday evening, the following Friday I was squeezed in for a pre- med and on Wednesday my operation took place. In a six day period I went from wondering what the problem was to a complete solution. All my dealings with Mr Jowett, his secretary and team were great and there are no suggestions for improvement.

Could not fault the care offered by Mr Jowett. Following consultation, he took me through the different steps and options on offer, outlining for each the benefits and limitations for me to consider. The surgery itself was a great success and the movement and freedom that I now have in my ankle is considerably better than pre-op. This was my third operation (the other two occurred 20 years ago) and Mr Jowett's surgical skills far surpassed those of my previous surgeon, evident in the much more successful outcome of the operation.

Mr Jowett was amazing throughout my whole treatment plan. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If i ever need the same treatment/operation on my left ankle i would not be happy having it done by anyone else.

Consultations were not rushed, and my problems were certainly listened to. My wife, who was obviously going to have to look after me for a bit was also included in all discussions. Although no "metaphorical" corners were cut, the timing of the surgery was arranged so I had at least a fighting chance of undertaking an important prior commitment, and additional reviews were provided to confirm this was likely to be OK. It was - and I am enormously grateful for Mr Jowett's and his team's assistance in allowing this. As far as the surgery is concerned - a complete success (to date at least)!

Could not recommend Mr Jowett enough. The quality of the surgery was excellent - I didn’t require painkillers the day after my surgery. The process and wait times were great and his team were very accommodating to me.
